Every challenge has been crafted to teach each participating blogger and their family how to safely browse the Internet. Once a challenge has been completed, each blogger will be asked to share their family's experiences and how digital security issues presented in the challenge affected different aspects of the family's day-to-day life.
With 2012 holiday spending at its highest in the past three years, it is essential that consumers start the New Year by protecting all their new tech gear against the latest security threats. Trend Micro's Director of Consumer Product Marketing, Natalie Severino and Girls' Lunch Out will be co-hosting an hour long Twitter Party to discuss technology safety, keeping your family safe on the Internet, and tips to protect yourself and your loved ones from safety threats through technology.
For the last challenge of the Digital Joneses campaign we're asking the families to participate in the #SecureNewYear Twitter Party as it's a fun and a great way to have them interact with other consumers interested in online safety and even puts the families' new found security knowledge to use!
